The Pinocchio Rug is named after a Danish candy – colourful sugar-coated liquorice balls.

Handmade in Nepal using traditional craft methods, the brightly-coloured felt balls are individually rolled, strung on a cord and sewn into a circular rug that’s ideal for brightening up any interior space.

HAY has traveled the world to present a unique collection of rugs made in Nepal and India. To promote sustainability and empowerment in the countries of origin, we concentrate on using small local businesses as well as local weaving techniques and production methods.
